Stator-Präzisionskühler für LMFA/LMFP

Durch den Einsatz der Stator-Präzisionskühler in Verbindung mit unseren HIWIN-Linearmotoren der Baureihen LMFA und LMFP und den Forcer-Präzisionskühlern kann die thermische Entkopplung zwischen Linearmotor und Maschine weiter verbessert werden. Insbesondere bei Kurzhubanwendungen erreichen auch die Statoren hohe Oberflächentemperaturen die höhere Temperaturen im Arbeitsraum der Maschine begünstigen. Die Statorkühler wirken dem effektiv entgegen, indem Sie Wärme aus den Statoren über den Kühlkreislauf aus der Maschine abführen. Je nach Baugröße steht eine Standard-Variante mit Augenmerk auf bestmögliche Kühlleistung und alternativ eine Sonderausführung für schwer zugängliche oder räumlich stark begrenzte Applikationen zur Verfügung.
