By using LMFC precision cooling, a significant increase in cooling performance and extensive thermal decoupling between the linear motor components and the machine can be achieved. This leads to stable thermal conditions and, with increased continuous load capacity and improved efficiency, promises an absolutely constant production process.
Well protected even under harsh environmental conditions
In addition, new sheet metal covers made of stainless steel are available to protect the stators from mechanical damage caused by metal chips, for example. The lightly magnetic stator covers are available in segmented or one-piece versions and are fixed purely by magnetic attraction or additionally by clamping on the end face.
