HIWIN coating HICOAT CZS
HICOAT CZS is a very thin zinc coating that offers a very good corrosion protection, even on radii and chamfers. Smaller bare parts stay protected by the cathodic corrosion protection. Compared with uncoated pieces this leads to significantly higher periods of use. The CZS coating is available for the HG, EG and CG series. HIWIN coating HICOAT CTS
HICOAT CTS is a thin layer chrome coating that offers good corrosion protection and a very high wear protection. The high wear protection results from the extraordinary hardness of the coating. The CTS coating is free of Cr(VI) and suitable for use in food stuffs. It is available for the HG, EG, CG and WE series. Langdurige smeereenheid van een profielrailgeleiding
De langdurige smeereenheid voor profielrailgeleidingen maakt het mogelijk om de smeerintervallen met een meervoud te verlengen en daarmee het aantal onderhoudsintervallen aanzienlijk te verlagen. Afhankelijk van de behoefte kunnen tot twee langdurige smeereenheden per loopwagen worden gemonteerd.
Montage en demontage van afdekkappen
De afdekkappen dienen om de montageboringen van de profielrails vrij te houden van spanen en vuil. In deze video laten we zien hoe u eenvoudig afdekkappen van staal, messing of kunststof kunt monteren en demonteren.
Verplaatsingsweerstand afhankelijk van de smeertoestand
De verplaatsingsweerstand van een loopwagen is afhankelijk van vele factoren, zoals de belading, temperatuur, smeerstof, (vet, vloeibaar vet, olie) hoeveelheid smeerstof, verplaatsingssnelheid, serie, bouwgrootte of het afdichtingssysteem. Een concrete specificatie van de verplaatsingsweerstand is daarom alleen mogelijk met gespecificeerde randvoorwaarden. Een essentiële factor hierbij is het smeerstof en de smeertoestand. Vooral in pas gesmeerde toestand, is de verplaatsingsweerstand aanzienlijk verhoogd. Maar al na een inloopfase van 15 meter is de verplaatsingsweerstand weer met ca. 50% verminderd.

Werkwijze van een profielrailgeleiding
Een profielrailgeleiding maakt een lineaire beweging met behulp van kogels mogelijk. Door het gebruik van kogels of rollen tussen rail en loopwagen kan een profielrailgeleiding een uiterst precieze lineaire beweging bereiken.
